Standard wash & fold and most dry cleaning is ready within 24 to 48 hours. Same-day service is available on orders picked up before our morning cutoff, usually for a small rush fee.
What if an item is damaged or lost?
Every order is tagged and tracked, and we inspect items before and after cleaning. In the rare case something is damaged or misplaced, we make it right per our garment care policy.
Do you handle delicate fabrics and special care items?
Yes. Silk, wool, cashmere, leather, suede, wedding dresses, and beaded or sequined pieces are cleaned according to their care label, often by hand or dry cleaning.
How does pickup and delivery work?
Schedule a slot online, leave your bag out or hand it to our driver, and we return your cleaned order to the same address. Pickup and delivery are free above the minimum order.
